I’m Kiki!
I'VE BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER FOR 21 YEARS, AND I STILL BLOODY LOVE MY JOB!
When I’m not behind the lens I love spending time with my husb, kids and doggos. On a normal day you can catch me with a cup of tea and smashing a packet of scotch fingers, down at the dog park throwing a never ending ball for our two kelpie x's, then a snuggled on the couch with my little fam, binging rom coms and thrillers on Netflix or whatever actor the kids are currently obsessed with (currently Marvel Movies are the new obsession 🤦♀️ ), and let’s be real…..sleeping... ya girl loves her sleep! Also I'm awkward AF and this photo is probably one of my favourite photos of myself haha.

❑ Norah saw me run properly for the first time when she was 9 and I was 34 - the year was 2020. She was speechless. My legs were sore.
❑ I'm obsessed with mind bending crime series on Netflix.
❑ I have this obsession with needing to know why people do the things they do.
❑ Favourite movie of all time is a toss up between Dude Where's My Car, Slither & Anchorman
❑ I proposed to Tony after 5 months of dating .. it was a cheesy proposal 😂😂

HOW THE FOX AND THE BEAR GOT STARTED
Kiki picked up a camera for the first time in 2004 awhile living in the UK. It was a film camera from a pretty cool thrift shop in Nottingham. Weekends would be spent doing touristy things like finding old castles and the classic “Major Oak”… That began my expensive journey to learning about photography. A few years later and back in Briz, it took a back seat… and it wasn’t until I met Tony later that I picked it up again although ditching the film camera for a digital one and started shooting bands and live gigs. Then as our family grew so did my photography. When we had a Norah I obviously started shooting lots of newborn and families. And then when we finally got married - 5 years later! - after our experience that’s when I was like; “This is what I want to do. I need to make sure no one has to go through what we did and I’m going to be the best there is!” Well it took two more years before I actually had the courage to shoot one and my first wedding was for a friend from my old job. It was actually pretty bloody amazing and I was hooked! It then spiraled from then.
It’s been my #1 love; I love to shoot weddings and I love making clients into lifelong friendships and the whole bloody client experience just inspires me!

We’re based in Brisbane, Queensland, but don't worry if you're not getting married in the South East, we happily travel Australia wide to munch on some tasty canapés, watch your mates doing fireballs at the bar and photograph some beautiful weddings!
We shoot all weddings together, which means no having two different businesses! We work bloody great together and know what each other is thinking when it comes to angles and moments to capture. And better yet, you’ll have a seamless experience from photos to video!
